Throat honey with a flavor that's tasty but a little too sweet for me. I've tasted stronger ones, especially if it's to treat a cold. I bought it because it's at a very attractive discounted price. It's a pity that the Sélection honey jar isn't bigger, because 250g is really small, whereas some are a real delight if consumed regularly, as honey has the advantage of boosting immunity. Sometimes I run out in 24 hours. Empty jars are useful for protecting spices and the like.

Unfortunately disappointed, you can't taste the lavender note. Normal creamy honey taste, only EU origin stated. I know lavender honey from the drugstore, this had a lavender note in the taste.
