Can you make the nutritional value and calorie (kcal) information for this product transparent?
Hello, Baguette21 Sélection Aceto Balsamico has the following nutritional values per 100ml: Energy: 1010kJ (237kcal), Carbohydrates: 53 g, Fat: 0 g, Protein: 1 g, Dietary fiber: 0.16 g. Spices, herbs, seasonings, table salt, vinegar, coffee, tea, herbal tea and mineral water do not usually carry nutritional information as they are only used in small quantities and therefore provide little energy and nutrients per portion. I feel compelled to comment on this now, as it concerns Elueh's contribution about my client, who has already successfully lost 10 kg in weight: "A declaration is not necessary for this product - the amount added is far too small." According to your statement.... What kind of completely hair-raising answer is that? 53g KH per 100g is 217kcal! Why is your so-called added quantity far too small? Migros also declares apple cider vinegar with approx. 24 kcal per 100ml and hundreds of other products that are not consumed by the liter. So why should their aceto with a whopping 217kcal not be declared? What we have here is an absolute sugar bomb enriched with a little vinegar, so it should definitely be declared. What's more, the amount you add, as you call it, is up to the user. You do not decide whether 5g or 50g is used. So it would be nice if Migros would thank you for your constructive question and simply declare the nutritional values in future - in line with your constantly propagated motto "Migros belongs to the people". Thanks for the feedback, but if I use 20 ml, that's 4.24 carbohydrates. For someone who pays close attention to their diet and nutrient distribution, this is not unimportant. Do you not have any calorie information on this product in this case?

Is Sélection Aceto Balsamico 10 year old vegan?
Hello Paula Kalt, thank you for your inquiry. We are currently unable to declare this balsamic vinegar vegan. Although all the raw materials used are vegan, the barrels used in production are also used for other varieties that are clearly not vegan. Has this balsamic vinegar been adulterated with beet sugar? This has somewhat spoiled my enjoyment, as consumers assume that a high-quality balsamic vinegar should be a 100% natural product, without any additions of foreign sugar, preservatives, thickeners, etc. Question to Migros: - Has this balsamic vinegar been adulterated with foreign sugar? Great taste!!! Unfortunately, it is always annoying that you can hardly apply the plastic the first time you open it and that it always runs down again when opening, so that your hands are always sticky. A normal twist-off lid would be more practical!
