Cardboard bandeau is almost impossible to remove. Too much glue at the bottom...pearls themselves are the icing on the Christmas salad...
You have to consciously bite into the balls, I simply swallowed many of them whole and therefore hardly had any balsamic vinegar on my salad.
Good taste with tomatoes

I love it as a topping on salads (tomatoes, mozzarella, green salad, egg salad) or on toast with herb butter etc.
