In smaller households, the freezers are small, or many only have one small compartment in the fridge. Nevertheless, we would like to have the choice. Perhaps only as a limited edition?

Hello Our family loves the "animal" ice cream sticks more than anything. Unfortunately, the wishes are spread across all 3 varieties. Space in the freezer is rather limited. Would it not be possible to fill the giant promotional pack assorted?

Hi I've been a Migros kid since I was little, I'm 53 and I've eaten tons of those Migros Schoki Stengeli...they've been different for a few weeks now! Lighter color, less chocolate flavor...has the profit been tweaked? Cheaper ingredients: more coconut fat? Less cream and less chocolate, which is expensive, but more sugar? I don't know, the stalks aren't as good anymore...I'm not the only Migros customer who says that.

Hello Marisa01, thank you for your feedback. We have tasted various batches, including repurchases of the offending batches 674 and 675. There is no difference in terms of color and the taste of the ice creams is identical. In terms of texture, batches 674 and 675 were slightly less creamy and a little more watery than the other two batches. One reason for the slightly watery consistency may be heat damage. If the ice cream is stored at too high a temperature for too long, the melting behavior and thus the texture changes. A brownish color would also be an indication of heat damage. What are cucumber flour and locust bean gum used for and what are these two ingredients?
Hello Claudio86, Bär Rahmglace contains the stabilizers locust bean gum (E410) and carrageenan (E407). Both stabilizers are natural. Locust bean gum is obtained from the locust bean pod and carrageenan from algae. In ice cream, these help to achieve an even distribution of air and thus a creamy ice cream and to maintain the structure during storage. Contrary to your assumption, guar gum is not included. Hello Claudio86, we suspect that there has been a mix-up: as already mentioned, the Bär Rahmglacé Chocolat Stängeli do not contain guar gum. This is also not mentioned on the packaging. Bär Rahmglacé Chocolat Chocolat Sandwiches, on the other hand, do contain guar gum. Guar gum is obtained from the seeds of the guar plant.
