I recommend the pads. The absorbency is high and easily achieves the specified values. Everything is held in place. Nothing slips. In contrast to previous reviewers, I would even rate the fit as good. This means that everything stays dry in the event of a mishap, but the insert is not inconspicuous - you can feel it all day long, unlike the corresponding product from the brand company. The Secure insole is a little more bulky than the competition, but it also gives me more security. In the changing room, colleagues have to look closely to see that you are still wearing something under your underwear.
I am satisfied with the price. The inserts could be a bit cheaper - but the security is worth it to me. I would pay more if necessary. My favorite of the available insoles.
