Delicious for in between meals, e.g. in a Thai dish called "Muu Nam Tok", for example, where you need rather fatty meat

In the oven on the grill is not the right thing. grill pan would have been better. surprise not tough but a lot of fat, logical.

It would be practical if the packaging stated how many cookies are in it. That would be very helpful for me.
