I will no longer buy pork chops from Migros. I season them, then fry them for 5 minutes on each side. Then I put them in the oven at 80° for an hour. That's how I learned it from a cook. If I buy them from the Ziegler butcher's shop in Oerlikon = a dream, everyone drools for a long time. These Kottelets were tough, the taste was okay, probably a poor pig.
