My personal opinion of this delicious meat is clear... I have never experienced such a culinary delight... I love to eat such cheap products, as I have lived on the street since my childhood... Thanks to Migros for this taste experience!!!

Selling waste meat as quality is shabby! However, the meat does have one advantage: you don't need to deglaze it after frying - it absorbs so much water after 5 seconds that it can't be fried at all. Useless! Except for throwing directly into the garbage.
Please don't take your loyal customers for fools and improve the quality.

There are a number of foreign studies that have found effects on meat quality when beef is stored in a highly oxygenated modified atmosphere. In sensory and laboratory tests, the following negative characteristics of the meat were determined: Less tender, less juicy, rancid and "warmed up" taste.
At Migros, meat in general - and beef in particular - is stored for maturing in order to obtain the desired tender meat. It is then offered in various forms of packaging. The use of modified atmosphere packaging is clearly visible to customers with the label "Packaged under modified atmosphere". However, we also offer alternative products.
In general, we have noticed few outliers in packaged meat cord with a loss of quality in terms of tenderness and juiciness.
