Good quality and very fine
According to the butcher's baking instructions, the meat was super tender. Baking it also gave it a fine sauce. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of the cheese left, it had run and the bacon wasn't crispy enough.

Meat in the middle just fat and tendons. Could not eat it.
