Our assortment does not include any organic variants, i.e. without additives, as these are indispensable in the industrial manufacture of foodstuffs to guarantee the impeccable quality and long shelf-life of the products. Nevertheless, we strive to use additives only when absolutely necessary, and then only in the smallest possible quantities. This product does not contain any animal fats. Only vegetable emulsifiers, fats, oils and glycerine are used. An alcohol-free variant is also part of our range, but is not available in all stores. This black forest pie is available in the Aare, Basel, Lucerne, Eastern Switzerland, Zurich and Ticino cooperatives. The article number is 1133.7102.
