why does the schwarzwäldertorte in migros brugg have less whipped cream than the one in the migros branch shoppi tivoli, for example? the two taste completely different. in brugg, i have the feeling that i'm only eating chocolate dough. but in the 2-piece packs, the ratio is right.

Am I mistaken or does this cake actually have cherry in it?
I couldn't find anything about kirsch on the label, but it's also written quite small.
I generally don't like alcohol in desserts, which is why I bought this cake.
Me and my wife can taste the kirsch though.
Please, dear Migros, make this cake without kirsch, or declare it.

We stock over 35 different Black Forest gateaux throughout Switzerland, in various sizes, with and without cherries, with and without the addition of kirsch (alcohol), from regional and home bakeries. Depending on the branch and Migros cooperative, a smaller range is stocked depending on the local clientele and space available in the chiller cabinet.
