Works perfectly, beautifully comfortable sofa. Good quality. We are very satisfied.

I would like to share my feedback. We have had the sofa since August 2020 and the controls are no longer working properly! In addition, the seat area that contains the control is massively worn in the fabric. In November 2021 we complained about this to Mi Casa, after asking several times, which I find very tedious as a customer, we were offered an appointment for January. This appointment did not take place as announced, no, they contacted us again because they were spontaneously in the area and wanted to settle the matter. The "supplier" fiddled around a bit, saying that if it didn't work out, a control system like this wouldn't be too expensive! As far as the fabric was concerned, you could clearly see wear and tear and the gentleman was gone! I think it's cheeky how unprofessionally the customer is treated here and that they don't even stand up for their cause. I could have contacted Migros customer service or a branch again, but what good would that do? We are good customers but we will clearly change our mind after this action.

A really comfortable, sturdy sofa. We are delighted and enjoy relaxing on it.

Nice sofa, prefer better quality fabric: softer and more supple. Negative point: seat too high! Disappointed with the comfort.

Very nice sofa. Unfortunately, our sofa looks completely worn out after only three months. Lint everywhere on the seat.
