SCHUHMANN Ecksofa

After the sofa was delivered and assembled a month late, a guide roller on the mechanism of the electrical part broke off just 4 days later. Unfortunately, this is not a part that you can simply replace and screw on again. It really is broken. When I complained to the Micasa branch, I was told that someone would come to our home. But not for another two weeks, more like three. To be honest, if a sofa is already broken after four days, then I expect someone to come and look at it in the next four days, not in three weeks. I fear the worst and am already regretting the purchase.
