Only emulsifiers and glycerine of vegetable origin are used in all JOWA products (bread, doughs, pizzas, cakes, fresh baked goods, etc.). This also applies to the emulsifiers in Grosi's Schoggi-Cake. The cake contains neither animal fats nor emulsifiers of animal origin.
