Snails are eaten a lot in France, they are vineyard snails that are bred there. With a good glass of white wine, fresh bread, or a Parisette, and that's it. the French traditionally eat them with butter and herb pesto, and I've tasted them there many times. the ones from migros taste almost as good as the fresh ones. mmm! bon apetit! on the negative side, I think it's a shame that they've been out of stock for a while now.
