Hello M-Infoline. This cheese seems to have been given a new recipe. In any case, it's much less tangy than a few months ago. Apparently a few commentators here have also noticed this. Could that be the case?
Hello Ian76, thank you for your question. This cheese is a regional product that is only available in certain Migros cooperatives. Could you let us know which branch or cooperative you shop at? Then we can clarify your request. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline, this was once in a MM and once in a VOI, both Migros Aare.
Good morning Ian76 The sharp Maxx has never been sharp, but creamy and spicy. The fine Maxx 365 is more recent. Ask your question directly to the Studer cheese dairy info@kaeserei-studer.ch Best regards Frederica
Hello Ian76 We have forwarded your feedback to the dairy department. As more cheese has been sold at the moment, it cannot be ruled out that it was delivered with a shorter ripening period. As cheese is a natural product, quality deviations in the ripening periods cannot be ruled out. We hope to have helped you with this answer and wish you a nice springtime. your M-Infoline Team

Why isn't it available in French-speaking Switzerland?
Hello Spokk, thank you for your question. This cheese is part of our regional range. Can you tell us which stores you usually shop in? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this product available anywhere near Volketswil? :o
Hello b1ubb, thank you for your interest. This cheese is a regional product that is only available in the Migros Cooperatives Aare, Basel, Lucerne and Ticino. On our product page, you can check in which stores the cheese is available by entering a zip code. To be on the safe side, however, we recommend that you call the store to check, as stocks are constantly changing. We hope you find what you are looking for in your area. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I like to buy the sliced version of this cheese because I make myself a sandwich for work almost every day. But why does there have to be plastic between each slice? While other products go to great lengths to reduce the amount of packaging, in my opinion this is a completely pointless luxury that is difficult to remove?
Hello, thank you for contacting us. We will be happy to clarify this case for you. However, can you let us know in which store you bought the cheese? Thank you for your help and best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you! I buy the disk version at Migros Aare (i.e. Shoppyland, Wankdorf and Bern train station are my regular stores)
Good day Splitbrain Thank you for the comment, we understand the ecological aspect of course. For us, consumer friendliness has always been the main focus. The plastic films are inserted by the producer so that the cheese slices do not stick together and can be easily removed, similar to certain packaging in the charcuterie sector. We have not yet received any further feedback on these plastic films. We hope this answer will help you and wish you a pleasant summer. Best regards from the M-Infoline team
