A good product
One of Switzerland's finest cheeses
I love Sbrinz - this one from Emmy is exactly to my taste
Sprinz out of conviction (when you think of what it does to the poor cows in Italy). It is easy to grate (much better than the one in the Coop)
The way the cheese was cut beforehand made it easier to grate.
The old Sbrinz (not Emmi) was better and cheaper.
I like it for dishes and in between meals
