Is this cheese made with microbial or animal rennet? Many thanks
Hello Blackie, thank you for your question. This cheese is made from animal rennet. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The price on the shelf is 2.50 but they always charge 4.50 at the till. Will this be fixed?
Hello Heymigi, thank you for your question. We are not sure if there has been a misunderstanding. The cheese costs 2.50 per 100 g. If the cheese you have purchased is heavier than 100 g, then the item will be charged at the checkout as a percentage of the 100 g price. If this is not a misunderstanding, please let us know your store. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I can only confirm these differences in quality. We buy this Sbrinz every week. It is often very good, but every now and then there are batches that are rubbery, tasteless at best or even rancid. We're not fussy, but we can't eat it like that. And I hardly think it has to be that way. As we buy new ones every week, the expiration date has always been OK. I wonder if perhaps it was packaged too young?
Hello Lana4477, thank you for your post. So that we can carry out the clarifications, we would ask you to tell us your purchasing region. This is a regional product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Sbrinz is one of my favorite cheeses. Unfortunately, there are very, very few in Migros. And it often has very little flavor. If you're in a MM, the ratio of Sbrinz to Parmesan is about 1:10. Is that generally the case?
Hello rolybuergi, thank you for your contribution. Sbrinz hard cheese is sold regionally, which means that availability varies from region to region. To be able to give you a precise answer, we would need to know where you shop. You also mention that the cheese often has little flavour - can you send us the lot number and best-before date with your answer? Then we can look into the matter. Thank you for your help and best regards, your M-Infoline team

Recently, we have experienced big differences in the quality of Sbrinz and have bought several packs where the Sbrinz was rock hard and could hardly be grated. We prefer the "juicy" version. Why are there such differences in quality?
Sali migihey, thank you very much for your contribution. We are sorry that the quality of the Sbrinz was not so different. In order to investigate the matter, we need a lot number (of the hard cheese). Do you happen to have it to hand? Then we could check our retained samples. We thank you for your efforts and wish you a nice day in the meantime. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
I used to have that too. Then I realized that we had bought a block of edge...
Unfortunately I no longer have the package. Next time I will be happy to report the lot number.
The following Sbrinz is also much drier than the ones we bought a month or two ago: Sbrinz AOP 2101.500.240 L00045220344574 em5 On sale until 8.7.16, best before 14.7.16
