«Customers express dissatisfaction with the product's durability, noting that the wood warps, splits, and becomes unstable after a year. There are also complaints about the product not matching the picture, particularly in terms of color. Some customers, however, appreciate the product's aesthetic and ease of assembly.»

Unfortunately, the points already mentioned are true and the sandpit is no longer usable after 1 year. We are very disappointed. We would have expected more for 179.00.
The sandpit is almost unusable after just one year. The wood is warping, splitting and splintering, becoming mouldy and unstable. Too bad, for this price and especially from Migros, we would have expected better quality. We now have to buy a new sandpit.
The reviews actually put us off buying it. But we gave the sandpit a chance. Unfortunately, we found that the points mentioned were correct: The color is not as in the picture, but instead of gray = white shimmering through / instead of anthracite = light gray shimmering through. I painted the sandpit again as in the original picture. After 1 week, including rainy days, the cover is really stuck. After 3 weeks, the wood starts to split. What a pity, but we are still happy because we now like it very much in our own color. :-)
Very pleased. Good finish, lid closes well. Please remember to buy a geotextile to separate sand and grass.
The boards are not held together! The boards are made of untreated wood with no protective green paint as shown in the photo!
It is easy to assemble. It looks nice in the garden. But: - It is only put together at the bottom, i.e. the boards fall out at the bottom when it is lifted - The wood swells when it rains. And because the lid is quite tight, it "blows up" when wet. (And this despite the fact that we varnished the boards before use ...)
