Bifidus bacteria in a hurry
I like to take it on vacation as a prophylaxis.

can't really say if it helps, but have not noticed any negative effects, are small and can be taken well, price too high for the quantity

It's not as expensive as the probiotics in the pharmacy, which is great! But it should contain a few more different strains of bacteria.
Really very effective
I don't know if it does any good, but it replaces yogurt for me.
