Too expensive and little effect
Not recommended! Too expensive and the dosage is a bad joke - 5-6 cubes a day, but only from 10 upwards does a little something happen? Better to grab 1/2 liter of Biotta plum juice for 4.95. at Migros (it even tastes very good), drink half a bottle and the problem is literally "solved" in 2-4 hours - with a rinse cycle included! 😆🚽

Ideal for supporting and improving bowel function that has "gone off the rails" due to medication side effects! Even more helpful than medication and so easy to use on a daily basis!
