I take Sanactiv psyllium husks plus every morning before eating and it helps with bowel function.

I find it quite neutral in taste, mix it with a large glass of 1/2 water + fruit juice. Seems to work.

I think this product is very good. I appreciate the bitter substances. It's clear to me that this product doesn't have to taste good first and foremost, but should support my digestion. And it does that!
The bitter taste takes more than a little getting used to. When we eat whole artichokes in spring, they are never this bitter. So why are the psyllium husks with artichokes so ultra-bitter? Perhaps you should reconsider the mixing ratio (currently 1:1, if I've got it right) of psyllium husks and artichokes?
The effect is good but the taste is awful, i.e. it is far too sour and bitter. My product from the pharmacy tastes much better but is unfortunately also much more expensive. If the composition ever changes, I will try your product again.
