The best thing for coughs and sore throats :-) As the pastilles are soft, I take one each time I go to sleep. That way I don't have the urge to cough at night. :-)

Works well in the short term against coughing. The taste is a little strong at first, but you quickly get used to it. I will also be using these lozenges for the next cough season 😃.
