Why are the Salbisan lozenges no longer available? When and where will they be available again in Migros? Thank you for your detailed reply.
Hello WernerSchranz, thank you for your question. This product is currently on delivery interruption and should be available again next week. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Unfortunately your information is not correct. No stock in the Bütschwil store!!!
Hello WernerSchranz, we have checked with the specialist department. The pastilles have been available again since 14.05.2022 and the Bütschwil branch should have 20 in stock. Please ask the staff, they may not have been restocked yet. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, on the sachet only (and not on the box!), in the list of ingredients of sugar-free sage candies, is written :SUGAR!!, as the last ingredient of the composition. Is this a mistake (in all 3 languages!) or is there really sugar in the sugar-free candies, which is very surprising! I've still got 2 bags that I'm not touching any more, because it's not at all clear!
Hello 19indychat, thank you for your message. According to legal guidelines, a product can be qualified as "sugar-free" if it contains less than 0.5 g of sugar / 100 g of candy. The sugar on the declaration comes from the coloring agent we add in minute quantities to give the candy its color. We have had the sweets inspected so that we can display the Sympadent symbol. As this is a Swissmedic product, the Swissmedic company has also validated the packaging. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Can they be taken during pregnancy?
Hello Roswitha007. Our specialist department clarified this with the supplier. In principle, we know of no arguments against taking it during pregnancy. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you discuss this with your doctor. All ingredients are listed in the composition. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello
I would like to know which edible gelatine is used and whether it is vegetable-based.
Thank you!
Hello oscherer
The gelatine we use comes from pigs.

Hello! For some time now, I've been looking for them in every Migros I go to, but I've never found the LEMON flavored ones. Why are they no longer available, and can you please let me know if there are any plans to reintroduce them?
Hi Marilyne,
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that Lemon pastilles are no longer part of our assortment.
To replace this product, we have launched Melissosan lozenges. They also have a refreshing lemon balm aroma. In our stores, you'll also find Herbamel (with herbs and honey), Acerola (cherry), Blackcurrant and Salbisan (sage-flavored).
Best regards Your M-Infoline team
