Harvesting large algae can damage seagrass meadows, which are important for climate protection. Can you rule this out for this product or obtain a statement from the manufacturer?
Is this product not vegan? Lg
Hello Hänsu, we are happy to confirm that the Saitaku Nori Snack product is suitable for a vegan diet. However, it has not been certified as vegan and therefore does not carry a corresponding V-label on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

No, it's canola oil... olio di colza...
Hello WomanStyle, and thank you for your message. Unfortunately, it is not clear to us what you are referring to in your statement. Please explain your request in more detail. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, don't pretend you don't understand please 😉🙏😉 because The composition IS CANOLA OIL NOT OLIVE OIL and it's written in small letters on the packet and even on your website... moreover EVERYONE HAS ALREADY TOLD YOU... in the comments... Canola oil -> it's COLZA oil - not olive oil, thank you for your answer and understanding -.
Hello WomanStyle, and thank you for your message. Since the beginning of 2022, the producer has been using rapeseed oil for this product. In the photo, you can still see the product before the change - please excuse us. Last week, we took new photos and will soon update the photo online. Yours sincerely, the M-Infoline team
The Migros customer service that handles complaints is not serious. Last year I reported that in the Yoga-tee tea bags I found metal dust, I did the magnet test, put the tea on the paper, under the paper I put the magnet, and on top the tea stayed put and the dust separated and followed the magnet. The response from Migrdos was that the manufacturer does its own testing so the tea did not contain metal powders. INAUDIBLE!!! He also wanted to call electrostatic effect what was instead metal attracted to the magnet. We're doing fine!!! Thank you Migros!
But how did he find metal dust...it's crazy! But it is true that whether Coop or Migros there are always and regularly " rappel de produits en uegence " for presence of even pieces of glass... all kinds of things really happen... #BeCareful ... 🥹☝🏻☺️
Hi EleAnna, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the examination results. We have verified your 2021 request, which was clarified in earnest. At that time, we confirmed that a static charge can occur with Yogi Bio Tea, but that the isolated particles were identified as plant particles. As explained, the herbs can rub against the fleece and become electrostatically charged, thus giving rise to the phenomenon. Best regards, votre équipe M-Infoline
I was talking about the disservice that was done.Perhaps what I wrote was not clear enough? It is in very bad taste to persist in your mistake. To err is human, to persist is diabolical. It was NOT electrostatic charge. There was metal dust in the tee that stuck to the magnet. But you did NOT proceed with the verification.
Good morning, I hope to hear from you soon regarding the herbal tea, i.e., that you have understood that following a report the tests should be repeated independently of the supplier, and that you have arranged to have the tea bags in question tested. cordially, EleAnna
