I recently bought a special offer pack with three types of salmon. I was very pleased because I wanted to use it to prepare an appetizer for my guests in the evening. The joy suddenly turned into the opposite when I stood in the kitchen. It was absolutely impossible to separate the slices. It seemed to me that they were thick, misshapen pieces and not individual slices. As the salmon could only be removed from the packaging in shreds, I had to improvise another starter. I felt pretty cheated.

- the item number of the salmon (or the number under the barcode)
- the best-before date
- the lot number
- the store where you bought it
