Hello, My wife has now taken this test for the second time. The first time two days before her period and the second time today two days after the normal start of her period. Both times the T-line (pregnancy indicator) became discolored when passing urine and then faded again before the C-line (control line) started to show. Is this normal for this test? And does this mean that the hCG hormone could not be detected? It is very confusing and there is nothing mentioned on the leaflet about this nor is there a customer support hotline or email address... which is very surprising at this price of the test that you don't even get customer support. Please look into this! Kind regards, Raou
Hello Raou, our specialist department would like to look into the matter in more detail. May we therefore ask you to send us the pregnancy test and the packaging?
Please write the following address on the package and hand it in at the post office or free of charge at your branch's customer service:
Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund
M-Infoline / Reference 20231117-0258
Limmatstrasse 152

It is important to quote the reference number 20231117-0258 so that we can match your sample to the request. Many thanks in advance and best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, unfortunately both tests have already been disposed of. We had not expected to send them in. In the meantime, my wife has also had her period and the tests also showed negative... but as described, the line was clearly visible when she passed the urine and then disappeared again. Thank you very much for your efforts!
Hello Raou, thank you for your reply. We understand that you are no longer in possession of the products. Nevertheless, it was important for us to follow up on your comment. The clarifications we made with the relevant specialist department took longer than expected. We are sorry that we are only now getting back to you with news. Below we inform you about the results of our exchange: It is normal for the test line to be visible for a short time while the liquid is being aspirated. It is therefore necessary to wait five minutes. Only then can the result be read. If the T-line (test line) does not appear, you are not pregnant (no hCG hormone has been detected). We hope that these lines provide clarity. If not, you are welcome to contact us again. We are here for you! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
