The pen was defective after 3 months. Despite the warranty, it seems impossible to return the pen. The online store claims that we should exchange it in the store. In the store (Bachenbülach) they won't take it back because it was bought online. The service from Melectronics is really bad, but I hope that someone will be able to exchange our pen after reading this review.
Actually a great piece of play equipment. We bought it in October 22. Unfortunately, after only 3 months it no longer works. It no longer plays anything and can no longer be found by the computer. The hard disk utility no longer shows it either. However, the light still works, as does the greeting and the switch-off signal. What a pity :( The pen was treated with absolute care. Incidentally, it does not work with batteries as described below.

Is the USB cable a USB charging cable or does the pen work with batteries? If with batteries, what is the difference to article 748949390000
