Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to make the ingredients and nutritional information for home bakery products visible online. Hello, Over the past few weeks, the range of wholemeal bread rolls at my usual Migros (Rue de la Maltière, Delémont) has become much poorer, even though it wasn't very well stocked to begin with. Basically, there was only the Vital roll and the sourdough roll, both very good. Now I can only find the former, while there's a plethora of croissants, pains au chocolat and other viennoiseries. But your offer could be wider. When I go to Biel from time to time, I buy a gourmet roll or a rustic roll, both of which are delicious. I imagine that the range varies according to geographical region and supposed local food preferences, but frankly, it saddens me. I live alone, I don't need 350 or 400 g loaves... It would be nice to think of everyone a little.

What is the composition? Wholemeal or not?

Here is the composition of the rolls: wheat flour, water, wheat sprouts (8%), sourdough (wheat), rye flour (4%), wheat protein, sunflower seeds (3%), wheat swelling flour, wheat flakes, flattened spelt, inulin, wheat germ (1%), sea salt, linseed (0.9%), table salt, yeast, table vinegar, dried sourdough (wheat, barley), barley malt flour, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
