Is mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids vegetable? Is there alcohol in flavoring or in glycerine? Glycerine occurs naturally in fats and oils, is this always the case with Migros products or not?

Hello Layan22, the flavors in Russenzopf contain alcohol as a carrier. Emulsifiers, fats, oils and glycerine of vegetable origin are generally used in all our products. Animal ingredients in our products (e.g. milk, eggs, butter, cheese) are always declared accordingly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
