I'm pretty sure that if I were blindfolded, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this "sausage" and a normal veal bratwurst. It's a fantastic alternative that I would definitely buy in larger packs. 🤩

Delicious, the difference between this and a Poulebratwurst is very small. It also crunches nicely.
