The window in the packaging is a little small, you can't see how the cheese is "inoculated".

My husband loves this cheese from time to time. I can't stand it.
Packaging seems rather unfavorable for the size. But the taste is great.
Powerful on the palate
Very racy, intense flavor. The consistency is creamy. Can also be used well in hot dishes. The price is high, but the product is worth it.
Very strong taste
Delicious. Also good broken into small pieces with a few chopped walnuts as a sauce for spaghetti -- it melts and becomes creamy.
A wonderful Roquefort, very tasty.
