Order and collection went very smoothly, very friendly staff in Pfungen. I was able to clear a very stubborn blockage with the nozzle, but I also had to attach a fine wire hook with clamps to the front of the nozzle so that I could gradually pull the hairballs apart until the nozzle could get through again.

The Kärcher drain unblocker helped to remove the clog from the drain. However, it was necessary to add a chemical product to complete the job.
