We bought this mattress with a matching insert frame for me and my husband straight away. My husband is delighted and sleeps very comfortably on this mattress. Unfortunately, the mattress wasn't for me at all. I couldn't get used to it at all and I wasn't comfortable at all. I went to Micasa after a week and explained my problem. He told me to try it for a little longer, maybe I would get used to it. I also had the new slatted frame explained to me in detail so that I could adjust the sliders correctly. Unfortunately, none of this helped and I took our guest bed mattress. Ashamed, I went back to Micasa and exercised my right to exchange, which cost me a lot of effort. I then opted for the Bico Springtop float mattress. It was the right decision and is still very comfortable after a few nights. The only big disadvantage of all! As we had to have the mattresses delivered, I had to pay for everything a second time, and during this time the delivery costs added massively, which was even more annoying. On top of that, we had to return the first mattress, which also cost money. All of this has dampened my enthusiasm for the now comfortable mattress. 5 stars for my husband and one star for me, so a total of 3.

The mattress is far too hard and definitely not soft. I sleep well, but always wake up with a stiff back. Even adjusting the slatted frame doesn't change anything. I previously had the ELANSpring de Luxe. It was simply perfect! Unfortunately, it's no longer available.

I'm happy with the mattress. It provides great support for my lower back, whether I'm lying on my back or on my side, so I no longer get up with pain.
