The mattress was pleasantly soft in the store and adapted to my posture.
At home, the new mattress felt rather hard for the first few weeks. Only after a few weeks did it become a little more elastic and adapt to the body, but it is still not as elastic as the previous model.

When testing the mattress on the advice of the Micasa employee in the store, it felt comfortable. Unfortunately, the mattress has a very soft shoulder zone and at the same time a very hard back zone. As a result, the mattress bulges in this zone and pressed into my back after about 20 minutes of lying on it. I therefore packed up the mattress again after less than 5 nights, as I could hardly sleep and got up with back pain. Return was possible without any problems. Super friendly staff.

The store in Dübendorf offers good opportunities to test mattresses and get expert advice. I also appreciated the prompt delivery. I was able to lie on the new Elan mattress extensively at home, as I was hit by a long bout of flu shortly after delivery. After this experience, I can say that I am completely satisfied with this product. PS: The micasa website does not offer an easy way to leave a review. This obviously does not apply to the mattress.

Be careful when washing. Despite following the washing instructions (modern washing machine, 60 degrees, delicate wash, <800 rpm, water+), the cover has shrunk and is no longer usable. Sheep's wool is very delicate. I recommend a wool wash cycle with max. 40 degrees. It is a pity that Robusta does not specify this more precisely. In my opinion, 60 degrees is not possible and is deceiving the customer. A big thank you to Migros/Micasa for replacing the cover - great service!
