Hello, what has happened to this product? The box is suddenly much smaller! You can see it clearly on the left of the three grissini. How can the weight remain the same...? Greetings mylmusic
Hello mylmusic, thank you for your inquiry. Please let us know the best-before date and the batch number. The latter is generally located next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. We will be happy to make further enquiries with the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, thank you for your answer. My question is not aimed at the qualitative content of the boxes, but only at the size. The actual product on the Migipedia photo and in the stores is smaller than the box on my photo (ok, here: 14.12.2024, L233490019). Why is that?
Hello mylmusic, thank you for your feedback. We have adjusted the length of the Crocchini Rosmarino and therefore also the size of the packaging. However, the recipe and weight have remained the same. Before the adjustment, there was a lot of space in the packaging that was not needed. The new box is also 1.3 cm wider than before. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has the dough been changed? Has rosemary and salt been omitted? Quality has decreased.
Hello Schnellkocher, thank you for your question. We will be happy to look into it. Could you please let us know the best-before date and the lot number of the pack concerned? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The last purchase was made 3 weeks ago, I look at the expiration dates for each product. Goods are OK. I can no longer give the date of manufacture or batch no. as the packaging has been disposed of.
Hi Schnellkocher, thank you for your feedback. We understand that you no longer have the requested data. Without this information, it is unfortunately not possible for us to trace the manufacturing process precisely. However, the recipe was not adjusted. Based on your information, we are continuing to monitor the issue closely. If we notice any deviations, we will make the necessary adjustments. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good evening. I have noticed that the ingredients differ considerably between Migipedia and LeShop. Which information is correct? Migipedia: Wheat flour, palm oil (6.6%), yeast, salt, dextrose, rosemary (0.5%), emulsifiers: E472e, barley malt, wheat gluten, antioxidant: rosemary extract. May contain traces of sesame seeds. And LeShop for comparison: wheat flour, margarine, sourdough, malt extract, salt, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, rosemary, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, with acetic acid and tartaric acid. Thank you in advance for your reply. Kind regards saemiflower
I am so disappointed with this product. I don't think Migros is particularly vegetarian-friendly, but the fact that Grisinis contain lard is really questionable! I think they would taste at least as good without it.
Hello Sommerliese
Thank you for your comment.
Roberto crocchini are a traditional product from Italy. Various Roberto products have been available in Migros for around 40 years. The recipe and ingredients of the crocchini have a very authentic taste and are very popular with our customers. Nevertheless, we have asked those responsible to check your input.
We look forward to your next visit - see you soon in your Migros!
Best regards
