. Hi Phantasia70 No, the roast beef does not contain any flavor enhancers. Added glutamates must always be declared. The list of ingredients shows if glutamates have been added as flavor enhancers. Like all other additives, flavor enhancers must always be declared with their name (e.g. monosodium glutamate) OR their E number (e.g. E621); the generic name alone (flavor enhancer) is not sufficient. Glutamate may not, for example, "hide" behind the name "sprinkled seasoning" or similar. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
