That sounds unpleasant. Maybe just a misunderstanding? I've heard about the new variety. I'm sure it'll be in the stores soon and I'd like to try it too. I don't like Rivella (so far), but I really like rhubarb.

The new Rivella CLIQ Rhubarb and CLIQ Peach will go on sale this week. This week is changeover week and availability should be guaranteed in all larger stores from next week.

when I was shopping in Migros last Friday I discovered new Rivella varieties (including rhubarb flavor) on the drinks shelf and asked the salesman if they were for sale or as free samples for customers
no, they would only be on the shelves this week
I asked again today and was told that they had already been given away (to staff) and I don't think that's very nice :(((
I hope that the 0.3 l bottles will also be given to customers for tasting
