Hello, How long do you have to cook this product? I can only ever find kilos for whole hams in the recipes
Hi AndyEgg, raw ribs are not suitable for cooking in the packaging. Firstly, there is a protein leakage, which then shows up as an unattractive white coating under the packaging, and secondly, they tend to be a little too salty in taste.
Our tip for raw rib slices: leave to infuse in lightly salted water for approx. 1 hour (just below boiling point). Best regards, your M-Infoline team
