The bone matured entrecôte, bought on 12.11.22 in the Migros Marktgasse for 8.60 / 100 gr. was simply a disaster. Thick, tough tendon, not edible - my wife lost her appetite. For that price I don't have to parry the meat myself, so I made beef salad. Decadent, for the price. LG
