Refrigerated: up to 3 days (according to google)... Rhubarb is like berries and should be processed quickly.

Rhubarb is far too expensive, and some of it is rotten. Bought in Migros Shopville on May 18, 2013, half of the stalks with rotten ends! Goods packed wet and sealed airtight. An absolute no go and, a M bad!
