It's an excellent product, which I've enjoyed for over 50 years. Little by little, it's disappearing from the stores, and that's very unpleasant. Thank you for continuing to produce and promote it.

One more question in the product information. E471 AND soy lecithin. Is the E471 of animal origin?

Hello Safiyah Thank you for your inquiry. This product was manufactured by MIDOR AG, which only uses emulsifiers (including E 471) of vegetable origin. Best regards from your M-Infoline team

Hello, does the kirsch in the center contain alcohol? What does this 0.3% mean? Thank you in advance
8 years ago
Hey Safiyah Thanks for your contribution. The 0.3% kirsch in the list of ingredients refers to the proportion of kirsch in the entire product. The cherry ice cream therefore contains a very small amount of alcohol. Have a nice day and best regards from the M-Infoline team

The M-Classic Black Forest ice cream has been one of my favorite desserts since my earliest childhood. However, I suspect that the recipe has been changed! The stracchiatella ice cream in the middle now has a clearly noticeable cherry flavor. Even my children, who are absolute fans of this product, have noticed it...

Thank you for your feedback. We will be happy to check this. Can you give us the M-Data and the lot number of your pack for this purpose? This will allow us to check our retained samples and production records. You can usually find the lot number near the best-before date and it starts with L or it is a mixture of numbers and letters.
Best regards, your M-Infoline team
