The type of drink, i.e. the typical taste of kombucha, is appealing. However, the ginger note is somehow inappropriate for me, perhaps almost a little too dominant. Nevertheless, the product is not undrinkable, it just didn't quite suit my taste.

Delicious drink and good for digestion. But unfortunately only empty shelves here too (Herzogenbuchsee) 🤷♂️. Apparently you have to get used to empty shelves at Migros... Coop next door does it much better...
Therefore only 3 stars. The drink actually deserves 5 stars...
