Hello Nici_2, thank you for your inquiry. We generally recommend not storing the powder in the refrigerator. If it is stored in the refrigerator, it absorbs moisture and foreign odors. The moisture can cause the powder to clump together. You can store the powder in a storage tin at room temperature in a cool place away from light.
The shelf life of the open product is at least as long as the shelf life on the packaging. The product develops a more or less perceptible taste of its own during storage. As long as the storage conditions are observed (cool and dry), there is no risk to health. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is it lactose-free?
Hello Jay_b, skimmed milk powder is createdby drying skimmed milk. The lactose is not removed, so skimmed milk contains lactose just like normal milk. The content is approx. 5.6 lactose per 100 ml of dissolved skimmed milk powder. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We therefore assume that our powdered milk is also compatible with an automatic coffee machine with a powdered milk compartment. Thanks to its consistency, our product flows well and is more soluble than conventional milk powder. What is the shelf life of skimmed milk powder?
Hello Jansen77, the best before date (BBD) is printed on each bag. To find out the best before date of the bags, we would need the batch/lot number (letters and numbers).
