Dear Migros team, can you tell me how to get the sliced ham roll out of the packaging intact and whole? I have already tried several variations and each time everything falls apart, sometimes more, sometimes less. Thank you very much.

This is not necessary. The product is generally poorly packaged. The contents are excellent. It's just the packaging.

Which packaging would you suggest? It's not that easy, I often buy this product in summer and have never managed to get it out of the packaging whole and intact

Why is this excellent product not available online at Migros? Migros has excellent products that customers who rely on Migros online can only dream of. I am thinking, for example, of a normal "Pfünderli" half-white bread or the fine Crèmschnitten, Berliner and Schenkeli etc. We are really patronized as to what we may or may not eat.

I also miss a lot of products online that are available in M stores, but there are also many (brand) products that are only available online but can't be found in almost any Migros store. Migros Online is autonomous and designs its own range.

Thank you for your reply. It's a shame, though, because Migros has so many excellent products that are not available. As we are no longer mobile in terms of age, we feel a bit patronized in terms of what we are allowed to eat. Incidentally, in an interview with the "Tages-Anzeiger" newspaper, the Migros boss promised that the selection would increase considerably.
