The taste is very good and really convincing, BUT: The fact that the casing/skin of the salametti is not suitable for consumption is more than inadequate - and there's a drastic 4-star deduction for that! A sausage in this price range has to be based on natural casing and therefore edible wrapping without any discussion! A no-go that needs to be rectified!
