On 3.11. at MMM Altstetten I bought such a Rapelli Apéro pâté plate. The price was reduced from CHF 12.50 to CHF 9.90. However, the subito device displayed CHF 12.50. I then asked and was told that the price had been changed in the system and it would take 5-6 minutes until the correct price (9.90) was displayed. Unfortunately, nothing happened and the price was then changed manually by a checkout supervisor at the Subito checkout. So far so good. Yesterday 17.11. I bought this aperitif plate again with a special offer of CHF 9.90 at MMM Altstetten. Assuming that the price was CHF 9.90, I didn't pay any further attention to it. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that I had been charged CHF 12.50. Too late! Too late, how is that possible? It is sold as a promotion and then the higher price is charged!!!
