Very fine. Unfortunately not organic
We discovered this "Sternenberger" about two years ago because it is not as greasy as other raclette cheeses. But just yesterday we were a bit disappointed with it as we had to pour out quite a lot of fat. We hope that the next purchase will be the same as before.
Good and ideal pack size
I love Sternberger cheese. Very tasty as a raclette cheese. It's a shame they're not available in the online store.
