Until last season, it was an absolute sure thing, with excellent maturity, spicy, and good.
Since this season, it's as if it were a completely different cheese: somewhat bland, average in taste at best. But what's even more disturbing is that the last two times (several weeks apart, so probably not the same batch), the rind smelled and tasted quite pungent, like mold. Nothing was visible. Quite disgusting, we had to cut off the rind.
