Good, solid raclette cheese. Thin slices can be cut from the block according to your own taste. Whether for raclette or cheese slices from the oven, good value for money. High fat content.

Weird cheese, very fatty, and not very good.
Raccard nature used to be my favorite racelette cheese. Either my sense of taste has changed or the recipe has changed. The last two Racelettes were a disappointment. The cheese was rubbery and tasteless. I will no longer buy Raccard and will look for an alternative.
